		<description>An interesting article. I would love to have a chat on how the system rewards failure (or at least a graceful exit). I think you are dead on regarding cashflow and the need for tenacity! I always thing of those clown punching bags I had as a kid. No matter how often or how hard you hit the darn thing, it would always swing back up. That is without a doubt one of the secrets of success in all areas of life. 

The other secret, if you ask me, is discipline. Doing what you know you should be doing even if it isn&#039;t easy or convenient.

Oh and, don&#039;t you dare lag on part II. Not on a cliff hanger like that.</description>
