		<description>Good points.  As a software developer, I find it hard to focus with the sounds of life are happening around me (yard work, family milling about...).  I think I will try to incorporate this into my schedule.

Taking a short nap (1-2 hours) around 5-6pm might also help the body repair itself after managing the business.  You can wake up refreshed and ready to fuel up.
