Reading this reminds me of why I really enjoy visiting the blog every couple of days (and also of how it's almost time for me to start writing again). Great reflective post - I'm stoked for you guys to be hitting the retreat soon enough here.

Wow! I'm inspired just by reading this. You are definitely on the road to success. It's vital to stop, reflect and then move forward in the proper direction.

It's just like sailing. You have to constantly adjust your sails to stay on track. If you are off, just by a few feet, you can end up miles from your destination.

It's really important to do those retreats. Check in and adjust where needed. Set goals and break them into smaller tasks.

I've witnessed and experienced first hand, companies (and myself), talk about goals, but fail to meet them. This leads to frustration, unhappiness, loss of morale and feeling unsatisfied.

Everyone wants to succeed. Having a clear, definite picture of where you want to go, and precise steps that can be taken each day (individually and as a team) will propel you forward in leaps and bounds. Staying balanced is key.

I'm a huge believer in personal development. When people work on how they feel about themselves, inside and out, they will love life more - thus love their work more. There is nothing more rewarding for a business and a person to feel impassioned about what they do.

The more value you place on yourself and your business, the more value others will see.

Focus intently on the types of people you want to work with and how you want your business to grow and you will create this.

Look at everything as an opportunity. Every problem contains a gift inside it.

Have a great day and thanks for sharing your thought process.
